1. iRobot Roomba i3+ EVO
The i3+ EVO is identical to its sibling the i3 EVO. They differ only in that the i3+ has self-emptying capabilities. That makes the i3+ a good option for those who want an automated, hands-free cleaning experience, but aren't afraid of taking the time to empty their robot's trash bin as it gets full.
Both robots are good at removing surface dirt on floors and carpets and are able to navigate around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software makes smart maps of your home that aid the i3+ EVO to navigate and clean in a way that maximizes efficiency. The i3+ doesn't have obstacle avoidance capabilities like the i7+ or any other top-rated robots we have test. It may be stuck on power cords and socks and have difficulty navigating between different surfaces like hardwood and rug.
iRobot suggests cleaning the area around the i3+ EVO vacuums before using it. This includes getting rid of any toys or clutter it might encounter. It's also a good idea to keep the dust bin and filter clean so that they aren't clogged by dirt. When the i3+ EVO's internal bin is full or its battery is low it will return to its docking station, automatically emptying its trash into the station's external dustbin and then resumes cleaning the area where it began. The battery's life span is approximately an hour and a half of continuous usage. It takes 3 hours to fully charge.
2. iRobot i7+ Roomba
The iRobot i7+ is the top model in iRobot's flagship line and is packed with the latest features. It's self-charging, self-navigating and -- the most important feature of all -- it comes with self-emptying bins that eliminate one of the main sources of maintenance for any robot vacuum.
The Roomba I7+ can map rooms more efficiently with Imprint Smart Mapping. It also integrates with iRobot Home to schedule cleaning tasks, and you can control your robot through the app or by voice.
The i7+ is faster and more agile in our tests than the eufy RoboVac G30. It also cleaned large pet hair pieces from all surfaces, including carpeting. Its greatest advantage over the Eufy is the self-emptying bin that eliminates major sources of maintenance and reduces the cost of maintenance.
We were also awestruck by the i7+’s compatibility with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We used these services to instruct the robot to begin or stop cleaning sessions, as well as to move around the room, and vacuum a particular area. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ with these services. After connecting we were able to give the i7+ voice commands, such as "Hey Alexa, vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options to manage i7+ settings and evaluating the performance.

The main issue with the V10 is its short running time. Its marketing claims that it can provide up to 60 minutes of running time are misleading, as CR's testing shows. This is a typical and not a remarkable time for the battery-powered cordless vacuum. It's still enough time to clean most of an average-sized house however, it's not enough to cover every spot (though an additional run-through often can be effective). However, this model doesn't have its benefits: It's lighter and agile than older cordless Dysons and its vacuuming performance is significantly better on low-pile carpet.
4. iRobot Roomba 694
One of iRobot's most adored robot vacuums The 694 is an entry-level model that's an excellent option for those who don't wish to spend too much on a robot. automatic vacuum of sucking up a variety of debris types and sizes during our tests, and it often passes over the same areas several times to get a really thorough clean. The app provides plenty of options to personalize your robotic cleaner, including virtual barriers, mopping water levels and behavior adjustments docking frequency settings and more. The app is easy to learn and use as are other Samsung devices.
In our tests our tests, the Jet Bot AI+ excelled on hard floors and handled dog hair (on carpet) very well, picking up 86 percent of it. However, it did not do particularly well with taller objects like cords and socks, which was disappointing. It's also a little more expensive than some of the other models we've tested, which might be a deal-breaker for some shoppers.

The app also makes it easy to manually steer the robot in the event of need. For example my living room rug has a darkly-colored border that tends to make it difficult for other robots I've tested. The HRV 425BL however was able to continue to move across the border without registering the edge. The ability to program a weekly cleaning schedule for each week is a time-saving convenience.
